We have big plans for content marketing at Nodalview with the main goal to increase awareness and establish thought leadership and we need someone to help coordinate the efforts. As our Content Marketing Coordinator you will support various teams - sales, customer success (CS), demand gen, GTM - to deliver content that fits and supports the overall marketing (and business) strategy.

As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Help setup and execute content marketing production planning - videos, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, campaign assets, website texts. With a focus on easy-to-consume, quick content.
• Review content and provide feedback
• Maintain a high-quality content marketing standard
• Write certain texts when necessary or possibly make small (edits in) videos - newsletters, social media posts
• Follow-up on and report content marketing performance
• Enable and ensure content marketing usage, work on employee advocacy and communicate on content marketing production
• Coordinate writing or translations of texts with copywriters - write briefings, follow-up on deadlines, provide feedback
• Content management organisation
• Support PR efforts where needed
• Work on customer testimonials and customer advocacy initiatives with sales and CS
  
• Work on our profiles on external websites such as G2 and Capterra

Who are we looking for?

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing (in a fast-paced SaaS organization is a plus).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects.
• Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature
• You take initiative and you’re a fast learner
• You’re an excellent communicator.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Of course, you are really, really good at planning, and organizing!
• You have copywriting/storytelling skills. Any experience with employee/customer advocacy or in real estate is a plus.
• Your creativity is limitless and you’re detail-oriented.
• You have experience with tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Canva ...
• You master English and are fluent in French, Dutch or Spanish. Any other language is a plus.
