As our company continues to expand our online presence, we recognize the importance of high-quality and engaging content to attract and retain our target audience. We are seeking a skilled and creative content creator who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our content strategy. This position will be responsible for producing various types of content, including articles, videos, social media posts, and other materials that will be used across our digital platforms. 

As our Content Creator, you will:

  • Create and produce high-quality, compelling, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience including articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters and other materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to develop content that aligns with their needs and goals
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that content is delivered on time and within budget
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually improve our content marketing strategy
The content creator's success will be measured by the following metrics:
  • Engagement rates on social media platforms, including likes, shares, and comments
  • Traffic to our website, as well as time on page and bounce rates
  • Conversion rates from content to leads or sales
  • Reach and impressions of content across our digital platforms
  • Quality and creativity of content produced

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing preferably in the B2B or SaaS space
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects.
  • Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature
  • You take initiative and you’re a fast learner
  • You’re an excellent communicator.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Of course, you are really, really good at planning, and organizing!
  • You have copywriting/storytelling skills. Any experience with employee/customer advocacy or in real estate is a plus.
  • Your creativity is limitless and you’re detail-oriented.
  • You have experience with tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Canva ...
  • You are native in French and master English, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
