Our AI-powered platform helps them create standout listings: high-quality visuals, immersive content, and smart insights that attract more buyers, generate more leads, and close deals faster. It's working, and it's fueling a fast phase of growth. In the past 12 months, we've completed three strategic acquisitions, broadening our product and strengthening our position as a leading PropTech player.

Today, 22,000+ real estate professionals across 30 countries use Nodalview to market properties and grow their business. Behind them is an international team of 50+ people working from our offices in Brussels (HQ), Paris, and London, backed by investors from Belgium, the UK, and Spain. And that team works differently: AI isn't just in our product; it's how we work. We put the latest AI tools in everyone's hands, encourage people to experiment, and move faster because of it. If you want to work at the frontier of what's possible, you'll feel at home here.

If you're looking for a place to grow, take real ownership, and help build the future of PropTech, we'd love to meet you.

We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Care & Logistics Intern, you'll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and empathy, we welcome you to join our team!

Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like? 💪

Your time will be split roughly between 60% customer care and 40% logistics.

• Be our customers' go-to person: advise and guide them through Nodalview by chat, email, and phone. You'll handle it all: product questions, commercial requests, billing topics...

• Be the voice of the customer: spot patterns, share feedback with Product, and shape what we build next to delight our customers even more.

• Keep things moving: arrange the shipping of customer orders and follow up on hardware warranties.

• Help us raise the bar: bring your ideas to build the Nodalview customer experience strategy.

• See how a scale-up really works: dive into the core of a SaaS company and work with every department.

• Manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations with clients, identifying opportunities to retain and grow accounts within the French customer base

What you’ll gain 🎓

• Real customer success skills, one of the most in-demand profiles in tech

• Hands-on experience with the tools top SaaS companies use: Intercom, HubSpot, Chargebee, and many more

• AI superpowers: you'll learn to use AI in your daily work, a skill every recruiter looks for

• A mentor by your side from day one, with regular feedback to help you grow

• A strong line on your CV: an internship in a fast-growing, international PropTech scale-up

Who are we looking for?

• You're a Bachelor's or Master's student and can provide an internship agreement

• French is your native language (you'll mainly talk to French customers), and you're comfortable in English (it's our team language)

• You're available for at least 5 months, starting December 2026 or January 2027

• You're eligible to work in the EU

Bonus points if...

• You're curious about tech and want to see how a SaaS company works from the inside

• You've already worked with customers: student job, retail, hospitality... it all counts!
