Over 10.000 real estate agents use Nodalview to capture AI-powered eye-catching photos and 360° immersive virtual tours of properties, using their smartphone. In November 2020, we raised € 4,1 M in funding, following the previous € 1,7 M in September 2019. Up to now we have grown to 60 people, and we plan to grow to a team of 80 in 2021. We can safely say we have achieved product-market fit and that we are financially healthy. So now it's time to scale, hard. We were already active in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and have expanded into Portugal, Spain and Italy, with more European markets to follow this year. Of course, we have similar ambitions with our product! Over the coming months, we want to continue our rapid product evolution, and aim to develop a range of additional breakthrough solutions to support real estate agents across Europe to win more listings.

As our Head of Product you’ll have a pivotal role in this evolution.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own our entire product vision that continues to set us up for success in the future

  • Setup and maintain a super efficient way-of-working to gather and structure the product needs, coming from our internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, …) and of course directly from our customers!

  • Prioritize product needs based on the value they will bring to our customers and the estimated effort to deliver them.

  • Together with Anna, our Product Manager, and in close cooperation with the rest of the company (CEO, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, etc), you translate the product vision into a workable product roadmap, containing nicely planned milestones, epics, and stories.

  • You balance standardisation of the Nodalview product with the local needs we have for each of our regional markets (mostly European at the moment, and globally in the near future).

  • You follow-up the execution of the roadmap and optimize the whole product development process where you see fit.

  • You will report directly to Thomas, our CEO, who actually built our first web interface himself, and you'll work closely with lots of other team members throughout Nodalview.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for ? To truly kick ass in this job you'll need:

  • SaaS experience is a must

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Head of Product, VP Product, Chief Product Officer, Product Owner) for a SaaS product in a scale-up, where you have had the chance to bring the product into full maturity.

  • You are really good at staying in check with the market and figuring out where the market will be heading in the future.

  • You get a kick out of finding out what features delight customers. Engaging into conversations with customers excites you.

  • You rock at building an innovative product vision and managing the practical execution of that vision to make it happen in real life.

  • Of course you are really, really good at planning and organizing.

  • You have a way of finding solutions truly in cooperation with others, by listening and finding the solution that is best for everyone. We believe in working our butts off when necessary, but we don't believe in pressuring people to get them to do things.

  • You can communicate clearly and concisely in English, both spoken and written. Bonus points for any other languages you know.
