As our HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full employee journey, from attracting and onboarding top talent, to supporting wellbeing and development, while making sure our workplace runs smoothly every day. This internship is a great opportunity to discover how company culture, office management, and people practices come together to create an engaging employee experience, alongside Isabella, HR Officer.
You could be involved in projects such as:
Supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including taking briefs with managers, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with offers.
Helping build an attractive Employer Branding Strategy.
Organizing the onboarding week to welcome our new joiners.
Building a learning culture and helping employees find interesting training opportunities.
Working on diverse well-being initiatives.
Helping us build a strong culture around diversity and inclusion.
Supporting initiatives to offer a good and healthy working environment.
Assisting with internal events, team gatherings, and daily office logistics.
And many other projects 😊
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature.
You have strong organizational skills.
Righteous judgment and capable of analysing profiles.
You have an interest in recruitment and in HR.
You have strong interpersonal skills.
You master spoken and written French and English sufficiently to communicate in a professional context.
Availability: min 4 days per week for 4 to 6 months.
Valid EU work permit.
You need to provide us with a school internship agreement.
Start date: starting from December 2025.
