As our Product Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with PMs and designers in product discovery. Conduct continuous customer and market research to identify new opportunities and understand user needs.
- Test features with clients, conduct usability tests, organise beta programs.
- Use data and analytics to inform product discovery and decisions. Measure the impact of new features and changes.
- Contribute to the testing and feedback process. Identify bugs, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Process feedback from various channels through Cycle app and identify improvement opportunities in feedback collection workflows.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to product management.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor-level and above (product, business, computer science, communication or related fields).
- You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature.
- You take initiative and you’re a fast learner. With the right guidance, you can work autonomously, and you love that!
- You can communicate well with others. You are not afraid to present your findings to key stakeholders.
- You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset. You are not afraid to dive into data sheets.
- You get a kick out of finding out what features delights customers, and then actually building those features together with a team.
- You like working in a techy environment. You are familiar with tools like Slack, Notion, Figma… Knowledge of Linear, Amplitude are plus.
- You have to do an internship of a minimum of 4 months.
- You have a valid EU work permit.
- You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an internship agreement.
- START DATE: as soon as possible
