About the position
As a Sales Manager you’ll ensure sales excellence by providing continuous leadership and proper training to the team to enable them to have the optimal customer approach and achieve successful sales targets. You’ll contribute to the management’s vision of creating an environment where sales people can become the best version of themselves.
As our Account Executive Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead, coach and manage a team of International Account Executives
Set up ambitious sales targets together with the VP Sales
Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals
Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt sales strategy to changing conditions
Drive new processes and programs to increase outcomes of the team with regards to revenue, pipeline generation and development.
Contribute to the recruitment of a high performance team
Support the development of the skills and achievement of target goals of the AE team
Report to Jens the VP of Sales and work cross-team with Sales Ops, CS, and Marketing
Who are we looking for ? To truly be successful at this job you'll need:
Experience in sales and in leading a successful sales team with proven track record in hitting goals
Experience in the SaaS industry is a big plus.
Extensive track record of coaching, developing people and building high performing teams.
Strong business judgement and ability to think analytically
Experience in a B2B environment
Knowledge and experience with Hubspot is a plus
You have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability and you’re driven by a fast-paced and growing environment
Fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese
