Job description

Over 10.000 real estate agents use Nodalview to capture AI-powered eye-catching photos and 360° immersive virtual tours of properties, using their smartphone. In November 2020, we raised € 4,1 M in funding, following the previous € 1,7 M in September 2019. Up to now we have grown to 60 people, and we plan to grow to a team of 80 by end of 2021. We can safely say we have achieved product-market fit and that we are financially healthy. So now it's time to scale, hard. We were already active in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and have expanded into Portugal, Spain and Italy, with more European markets to follow this year. 


As a Sales Ops Analyst you are part of our Sales Department. You support the SDR’s and Account Executives’ in the daily operations to make their lives easier. This will allow you to have a global view of the company and to work closely with our VP Sales, Jens and our SDR Manager, Nicolas. 


As our Sales Ops Analyst, you will empower our sales colleagues with the following responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM (Hubspot) and other core tools (Intercom, Chargebee...)

  • Analyse and challenge current processes to streamline them and develop new ones as we scale further.

  • Implement processes and tools to enable the sales team to achieve their objectives and operational excellence, particularly by automating low value-added and repetitive tasks.

  • Manage the entire implementation and maintenance of tools and processes.

  • Ensure that our tools are fully exploited, used by the teams and save them time on a daily basis.

  • Provide necessary reporting together with the sales management team

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?
  • Problem-solving abilities, enthusiastic and excellent communication.

  • Proactive and desire for learning and getting great results.

  • Client oriented

  • Working knowledge of CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Fluent in English
