Screening & HR-Interview

After a detailed screening of your CV, our HR colleagues will have a first talk with you to determine your initial fit for the job and our company culture.

Business Case

Through a business case, you'll get a better view on some tasks you'll perform in your day-to-day operations while working at Nodalview. But it will also show us your capabilities.

Manager Interview

During this phase, your potential manager will drive deeper into your professional background and check if you would be a good fit for their team.

CEO Interview

In this last interview, the focus lies on the alignment of values between Nodalview and yourself.
